Each year the day after school gets out we take the kids to IHOP for breakfast in their jammies.
It's fun and we love it. Sydney wanted to be a little more"mature" and stray from her normal funny face pancake order. Saryn stuck with the usual.
Spency's our chocolate chip lover and got his usual.
Shayla took maybe 10 bites of hers. She had more fun trying out all the syrup flavors--that might just be my favorite thing about IHOP. Don't you agree?
In the afternoon we went over to a friends house for a Sunshine and Lemonade summer kick off pool party! There was pink lemonade, original lemonade and a yummy Brazilian lemonade. YUMMY!
All of the treats had a lemon flavor as well. There were lemon cupcakes, lemon heads and can't forget the lemon drops. By the end of the party the lemon drops all stuck together from all the wet pool hands reaching in the jar.
Blake and Spence had a good time climbing the wall.
Ahhhh...SUMMER! Or as Spencer puts it... (ever since a sleep over with one of his cousins), "THIS is THE LIFE!"I love this picture of him!
